Exchange & Return Policy

We accept only exchanges for products sold through www.meyve.in under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: Exchange requests are entertained only for products damaged during transit or expired. Inform us within 12 hours of receipt at wehearyou@meyve.in with photo and video proof for processing.

2. Condition: Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.

3. Return Process: Send damaged items to “MEYVE” only after receiving written email consent. Return shipment fees will be borne by us. All items will be inspected before initiating exchange.

4. Authorization: Upon authorization, we offer an exchange.

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer.

2. Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.

3. Refusal to accept products.

4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.

5. Force majeure event.

6. In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed and processed. Refunds are considered only if:

   – The shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

   – The buyer does not receive the order within 30 days.

2. Damaged Products: No refunds for damaged products. Exchanges will be processed as per our exchange policy.

3. Order Modifications: Check the Order and Discount Code during checkout. Modifications are not allowed after payment.

4. Complaints: File complaints regarding damaged or missing items within 12 hours of receipt. No post-period communication will be considered.

5. Out of Stock: If products are out of stock, we will deliver the remaining items and process a refund for the unavailable products. Customer care will assist in resolving this issue.

6. Bulk Orders: Any order with a quantity of 10 or more units is considered a Bulk Order & it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund Processing:

– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of written confirmation.

– Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

– Sale/Discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only regular priced items qualify for refunds.
